She communicated with the Council officers on my behalf, prepared a professional landscape plan, and wrote a clear supporting statement explaining the proposal. In the end, the plan was approved and officially endorsed. Later, when it came to planting the replacement trees, Sophie was just as thorough. She selected good quality trees of the right size, and then carried out the planting herself. She also applied both granular and liquid fertiliser, laid mulch, and installed tree stakes and ties to protect the trees from strong winds. Everything was done carefully and professionally. I was really impressed with her attention to detail and the quality of her work. Highly recommend!"
